What up Squad?

It's ya boy here Ainsley! and I'm back to annoy you with my love for the Australian Red Cross by taking on their Human Race challenge again this year for my 30th Birthday but this time I wanted to do it a bit differently.

Instead of going all David Goggins and running 200km by myself, I wanted to create a team of people that would like to join and get fit(ter) with me. I'm leaving it open to anyone, it's completely free and you can do it anywhere on earth! All you gotta do is run and spread the good word of fitness and the Red Cross.

After last year's race I really turned my life around, going from 130kg down to 100kg and now even less than that, it's been a real life changer for me and I would love to share that with anyone that wants to hear it and who wants 2024 to be the year they start prioritising their health.
